The President will ask members that have called into the Zoom Meeting that are listening to the Board Meeting to come forward with any questions, comments, compliments, or concerns. Note: The Board of Trustees will not hear or discuss owner violations or owner account issues. They must be addressed in a separate hearing.

G. Informational items presented in the Study Session or introduced in the Board Meeting.

The Clubhouse and Workshop Flood Insurance will be renewed at a cost of $2,420 for the Clubhouse and $1,507 for the Workshop – Marnie Levy.
Water System Report and Update – Marnie Levy.
The pool deck has been replaced. The handrails and ladders are cleaned, polished, and reinstalled. Bids are in for the 2025 reserve projects for painting and refurbishing the pool shower rooms – Marnie Levy.
Two corrections to 2025 Marina Fees: 1. In the Marina Registration there is no option for sing tied boats. 2. The Power for Slip Users is listed as $300. It is $350. – Marnie Levy.
