2:45 pm.  Variance Hearing. Staircase extending less than 4-feet into 25-foot setback, 91 N Rhododendron Dr.

 

A.  President’s Comments and Announcements – Betsy Coddington

  • A Special Study Session was held on August 5 to discuss the lease with the Firehouse and an Executive Session was held on August 6 to discuss a complaint against an employee. No action was taken in either meeting.

B.  Action on Minutes – Brian Ritchie

  • Approve minutes from the July 25, 2024, Board of Trustees Meeting. See attached.

C.  New Members – introduced by Brian Ritchie.

 

D.  Manager’s Report – Marnie Levy. See attached.

 

E.  July 2024, Financial Report – Nancy Charpentier. See attached.

 

F.  Member Participation:

  • Letter from Varn Brooks. Firehouse post-lease.

The President will ask members that have called into the Zoom Meeting that are listening to the Board Meeting to come forward with any questions, comments, compliments, or concerns.  We encourage and wish to promote member participation with the following stipulations: Each member may speak once on any given topic until every member that wishes to speak has done so.  Each member may have one rebuttal with a 2-minute time limit on the same topic.  If another topic is raised the same procedure will follow.  Note:  The Board of Trustees will not hear or discuss owner violations or owner account issues.  They must be addressed in a separate hearing.
